Computer Repair Onsite

Most of our repairs are carried out at your home or office. We refer to this as an onsite repair. For every call we get, we always arrange with you a suitable time for an appointment. We understand that most people work during the day and find it hard to find time to arrange for a visit, or even have to take a day off work! That is not a problem as we can arrange a visit during the evening, whatever time suits you.

With onsite visits, we ask you a few questions about your problem and try to get as much detail as we can so we can bring the right equipment with us. If a new part is needed we will only bring this with us if we are certain that this will resolve your problem.

As we approach your door, do not hesitate to ask us to take off our shoes! We understand that we are walking in to your home/office and therefore will go with your rules.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fix your computer within 2 hours, we will take your computer to our offsite office at no extra cost.
