Offsite repairs means that we bring your computer back to our office and fix it there. In most cases we can repair any problem at our home/office, but in some cases we will need to bring it in. The main reasons computers are brought back to our office may be: that we need to download updates for your computer and your internet connection’s speed would mean that it would take a few hours; When a repair takes longer than 2 hours Onsite, we automatically take it to our office at no extra cost to you.

With Offsite repairs, you could have the peace of mind that your computer will be returned to you with your problem fixed and also adware, spyware removed and optimised to slightly increase speed and performance.

While your computer is at our office, we will recommend an upgrade for your computer to increase its performance and speed, whether it’s a RAM upgrade, Second hard drive, Graphics card or even built in wireless, all that we will discuss with you beforehand.
